We’ll explore any changes or updates people would like to make.

King County: Volunteers Needed for Community Court
Would you like to help make our community stronger and healthier? You can make a difference by helping connect people to needed services! King County District Court has openings at multiple sites to help with our Resource Centers and Community Courts:
Be a services navigator to help the public and court participants connect to services they need in our resource center. This mostly involves talking to people to help them identify where (with what agency) they can get what they need to improve their situations (such as financial assistance, treatment, education, work, debt/legal help). For this opportunity, it is important you are someone with problem-solving skills who has some experience or a lot of interest in learning about the services and agencies who help folks.
Help in community court: Take notes in court and administer exit surveys to ensure the effectiveness of our program.
Find local community service opportunities for court participants, keep an updated community service list to share, and possibly help with a few community clean up events.
Moderate our Virtual Resource Center: We are virtual for now, and we need help managing the Zoom platform during resource center hours.
Check out their websites with further info on our programs: King County Community Courts Virtual Resource Centers (VRC)

King County Trusted Partner Network
The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is an effort to ensure that every resident of King County receives critical lifesaving emergency alerts, regardless of whether they speak English or where they live. By partnering with trusted leaders within every major language group in King County, the TPN will create a link between King County’s emergency alert system, the non-English speaking populations, and other communities that it currently does not serve.
